This online workshop on ‘Nanomaterials for Biological Applications’ enables nanoscientists working in this field to meet and find out about each others expertise, infrastructure and research interests.
The invited speakers include Prof M. Eswaramoorthy, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore, Prof. Chandrabhas Narayana, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore and Prof. D. Bahadur, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. The prospective audience consists of nanoscientists specialising in materials and their applications from India and International Cooperation Partner Countries to the EU (emerging economies and developing countries).

An Invitation to a Free Online Event: Nanoscience Research Highlights - Asia (East) Thursday 20th January, 2011 at 0.745 (GMT) ICPC NanoNet hosted a first webinar on ‘Nanotechnology Research Highlights – Asia (East)’. Organised by The Chinese Society for Micro and Nano Technology (CSMNT), this online workshop showcased the latest developments in the region and offered a unique platform for nanoscientists and researchers to meet and listen to presentations given by our expert speakers from China, Malaysia and Thailand. Discussion sessions provided opportunities for participants to learn more about each other's expertise, infrastructure and research interests, facilitating networking and collaboration.
